From elsewhere on the Internet: "Bitches Love Freedom"

One of the things that fascinates me most about GW how he is continually recast to comport with the morals/culture/jokes of new generations. It's clear that my generation finds humor in the idea of debunking the GW myth by exacerbating it, hence its repeated portrayal of him as a man much, much larger than life. (see, e.g., this video).

This image is definitely within that tradition. GW is larger than life, single-handedly delivering freedom to bitches. Yet at the same time, he's like an indignant LOLcat, striking a serious pose without realizing that his belly is kind of sticking out and, oh yeah, the joke is on him. This effect is enhanced by the choice of this GW portrait as opposed to others. Check out the face of the man guiding GW's horse. Is it just me, or does he look like he might be rolling his eyes? It's as if he too is struck by the ridiculousness of GW's stature.

It will be interesting to see if this type of GW image develops into a meme (I hope!), or if this is just a one-shot cultural collision.
